01 Styled Session

We offer a styled set for guest portraits during cocktail hour. Each guest receives a bespoke guided portrait session that showcases their true personality.

From the outdoor terrace at The Fairmont Banff Springs to the iconic foyers and ballrooms of your wedding venue, we have designed the guest portrait experience to be set up in any location.

We suggest placing this in an area that showcases the ambience of your wedding venue and offers a private photo moment for guests.

02 Selection & Retouching

While guests enjoy dinner, we are busy working behind the scenes to select, edit & thoughtfully retouch the best photographs from each session.

We use over a decade of experience as wedding & event photographers to hand-select and retouch the very best portraits from each session. The result is a bespoke wedding favour your guests will cherish for years to come.

We complete this process in a private setting in order to deliver stunning portraits that will surprise & delight your guests. 

03 Printing & Matting

Each finished portrait is printed using the finest quality photo paper. We have hand-selected the media and matting for its archival quality. The materials are designed to stand the test of time.

The enlargements are slipped into 8×10 matting and packaged beautifully to be taken home at the end of the evening.

Each matted print can be inserted into any 8×10 frame, making this wedding favour an art piece your guests will proudly display in their homes.

04 Surprise & Delight

We work with your wedding co-ordinator & venue to display the photographs at your reception.

The matted prints are available for viewing and pick-up and are delivered in protective packaging for the journey home.

Each package contains a QR code guests can scan to view the entire digital gallery, which contains additional edited portraits from their session.

This gallery is a cohesive collection of guest portraiture; a visual archive of everyone who was there to celebrate your wedding.

With professional lighting and guided posing, we capture beautifully considered black-and-white portraits throughout the evening. Each photograph is printed instantly as a 4×6 keepsake for guests to take home. A refined alternative to the traditional photo booth, our wedding portrait station combines the experience of a professional photography studio with the spontaneity of a celebration.

Our enclosed Vintage Photo Booth offers a polished, contemporary design that complements your event.
