portraits, while our mobile setup allows the experience to become part of your reception.

Guided photography & beautiful results

Unlike a traditional automated photo booth, our Portrait Station is guided by a professional photographer.
We make guests feel comfortable in front of the camera, offering gentle posing direction and capturing natural
expressions and genuine connections. Our on-site editor carefully selects and finishes the photographs before printing.

The result is a curated collection of portraits, each reflecting the people who shared in your celebration.
We do not include props or elaborate accessories. Our focus is thoughtful photography and photographs worth keeping.

Wedding favours your guests will cherish

A wedding is one of the rare occasions when so many of your favourite people are gathered in one place. Our Portrait Station gives guests an opportunity to be photographed together and leave with a beautifully finished keepsake. These are photographs to frame, share and enjoy long after the celebration.

Every guest receives printed 4×6 photographs to take home, with digital copies accessible through a QR code. For you, the complete digital gallery becomes a collection of portraits of the friends and family who celebrated your wedding.


Wedding Reception Package

Our wedding package includes three hours of Portrait Station service, divided between cocktail hour and the evening reception.

  • Setup completed before guests arrive

  • Portrait sessions during cocktail hour

  • A scheduled pause during dinner and formalities

  • Service resumes when the dance floor opens, concluding by 11 p.m.

  • Discreet breakdown at the end of service

Every celebration has its own schedule and requirements. We offer custom hourly packages for weddings, private events and corporate celebrations. Share your event details with us, and we'll recommend the appropriate coverage.

Weddings & Special Events

Although our Portrait Station was created with weddings in mind, the experience is equally suited to rehearsal dinners, black-tie galas, milestone celebrations, holiday parties and red carpet events.

Whether you're hosting an intimate wedding reception or a large-scale celebration, our photographer-led portrait experience offers guests an opportunity to take home a professional photograph from the occasion.

Guestbook Album

The Guestbook

An 8x11 heirloom guestbook featuring portraits of your guests alongside their handwritten messages to you. The end result is a timeless keepsake that you’ll be proud to show off for years to come. This book features thick, lay-flat pages made of photographic prints bound in a selection of vegan leathers and laser-engraved cover text featuring your names & wedding date. The guestbook will be in your hands in about 3 weeks after your wedding, after you’ve personally reviewed the design.

A Guestbook can be added to any Portrait Station booking.

    During the event, guests are invited to leave personal notes and well wishes. Following the celebration, we digitize each message, refine it for presentation and design it alongside the corresponding portrait.

    You'll receive a digital proof to review and approve before the finished album is printed and delivered.

  • We recommend placing the Portrait Station in a visible, accessible area where guests naturally gather throughout the evening.

    A reception space or pre-function foyer near a bar often works well. Because our photographer provides verbal posing direction, we ask that the setup be positioned away from loudspeakers, DJs and live bands while they're performing.

    We'll work with your planner or venue to select a suitable location.

  • Our Portrait Station requires an indoor or fully sheltered location with protection from wind, precipitation and extreme temperatures.

    We can provide services inside an event tent, provided the environment is suitable for our photographic and printing equipment.

    Outdoor and tented celebrations may require additional planning, so we recommend discussing the logistics with our team in advance.

Our Guest Portraits experience offers guided portrait sessions during cocktail hour, with each finished portrait professionally retouched and presented in a matted 8×10 print later that evening.
